After every breakup i become obsessed with relationships. Obsessed with learning lessons from the recent bust up, and trying to make the pain seem like it wasnt all for nothing. That every corpse of a relationship exists purely to learn from and make me a better, stronger person. Each boyfriend has a peice of wisdom to impart whether he realises it or not (not just in regards to relationships but life) and this is the real benefit of getting involved.
Right now i’m trying to think of rules for myself for the future. The more i learn about men and women the more i realise there needs to be rules.
A relationship is much like cooking. You learn more from your fuckups than you do from getting it perfectly right all the time.
